It wasn't until I was going through 50-100 year old photographs that I learned about something my relatives developed. I had used a plow on our tractors that plowed both directions. This didn't mean much until I saw photographs of something they developed and my father photographed. The writing on the back of the photograph on the left stated,"tractor plow and hook up invented by Basil and Joie Wayment by which one of the leading tractor company copy for there tractors"..

This plow allowed the farmer to move from one side to the other. I have wondered what my relatives contribution was. The design of the plow had at this point been sold to International Tractor Co.
